Contact form enquiries

The contact form collects your name, email address and enquiry. You can also provide an organisation and phone number. The required fields help us understand your request and respond. If you leave them blank, the form cannot be submitted.

We use the information to answer your enquiry and follow up on what you ask us about. The form emails the details to the Redzone team and copies ThinkX, which builds and maintains the public site. Website hosting and email services handle the message as part of delivering it. The form itself does not add your details to a mailing list.

We process project enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible contract, or based on our legitimate interest in handling general enquiries. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. The nature of the enquiry, any resulting business relationship and any applicable record-keeping or legal obligations determine how long it is kept.

Google Analytics

When you choose Allow analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4. It records information such as pages visited, referral sources, interactions, browser or device information and cookie identifiers. REDZone IPC Ltd. uses the reports to understand how visitors find and use the site. The legal basis is your consent.

Google receives this information to provide Analytics. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google’s data processing terms describe its transfer safeguards. You can contact us for information about applicable safeguards.

Cookie lifetimes are listed below. Retention of user and event data in Analytics depends on the property’s data retention settings. Aggregate reports are handled separately.

Cookies and browser storage

  • Contact form session cookie (PHPSESSID). A session cookie keeps track of the form’s security checks and submission status. It is needed for the form to work.
  • Cookie preference (trucount-analytics-consent). The browser stores your choice locally. The site treats it as expired after 180 days and asks again.
  • Optional Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_ES7N2NKQYR). These distinguish browsers and maintain session information. They are configured to expire after 180 days and can be renewed while you allow analytics.

You can decline analytics in the popup and still use the site and contact form. To change your choice later, select Cookie preferences in the footer. Choosing Decline analytics after accepting stops future measurement and removes this site’s Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew consent.
